Overview
A high-quality cold application glaze originally developed at our centre for competence for glazes & fillings in Belgium. Ready-to-use from the pale, it can be applied to pastries, cakes and desserts using a palette knife or brushed onto fresh fruits.
It has a thixotropic texture that has excellent shine, good transparency with no lumps.
Can be applied easily from the pail using a palette knife or brush.

Is both freeze/thaw stable and bake stable.
