Overview
Tinclear+ is our high performance general purpose release agent. It forms a thin layer that separates your product from the tin without affecting taste, appearance or shelf life. Itês especially effective with products that are high sugar content such as sponges and Swiss rolls. It will also work with bread tins, pizza pans, foils, craft applications and some industrial applications. If you have a tricky product, Tinclear+ is your answer.
