Method

1. Combine all ingredients except vegetable oil in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix for 1 minute at slow speed, then fast speed for 2 minutes or until you reach a gravity of 0.38-0.4.
3. Slowly add vegetable oil and mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
4. Pour batter into moulds, place moulds on a baking tray and add 1cm of water to the baking tray.
5. Bake at 190_-210_ for 25-28 minutes.
