As a bake stable filling it can be applied before or after baking. Being freeze/thaw stable means that products can be prepared in bulk and frozen until needed without having any effect on the creamês appearance or flavour.
It can be applied to a productês surface, used as a filling or sandwiched.
Mixing with cream creates a lighter filling that can be applied in even more ways.
